Chuck Wallace
Silicon Valley to Giverny - that's a leap! In Chuck's case a leap of belief in Monet’s Palate. Currently COO and President of Upstream, Inc., Chuck is also co-founder of Esurance and helped build it into the fastest growing auto insurance company in the US. Chuck also served as CEO of Ustream TV, the leader in live interactive video broadcasts. He contributes significant e-commerce and business prowess as a Director to Monet’s Palate.
Chuck holds a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the US Air Force Academy, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
David Kalman
David is President of David Kalman LLC, and a founder of Newman’s Own along with Paul Newman and A.E. Hotchner. David Kalman LLC acts as a food broker for Newman’s Own Foodservice, Sabrett Hot Dogs, and Alle Processing to Sysco in Houston TX. David brings a depth of knowledge, passion, connections and friendship to Monet’s Palate. He is both trusted and admired by us and his input has been so appreciated. David by the way has his own artist's eye and talents…perhaps part of his love of Monet’s Palate. As an avid photographer for 30 years he captures the light in a different way - see his photography.
Aileen Bordman
Aileen wrote and created “Monet's Palate” out of her passion for all the worlds Monet inhabited…his art, his cuisine, and his gardens. She is the President of an independent film company dedicated to bringing projects about art and food to life. Aileen is also President and Founder of Monet’s Palate,Inc.
Aileen is a member of the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals.
