Meryl Streep
One of the world's greatest film actresses, Meryl Streep has won two Academy Awards after 14 well-deserved Oscar nominations. Ms. Streep's commitment to her craft is matched by her personal commitment to her global efforts. Whether it is championing a safe and healthy environment with a natural food source, or the arts, which ultimately support the mind and the soul, Meryl is there and ready to lend her support.
In the year 2000, Ms. Streep was given the prestigious Officer des Arts et des Lettres by the French Government. Meryl's mother, Mary Streep, who passed away in September of 2001, was very fond of Musée Claude Monet. The Producers wish to thank Meryl Streep for graciously doing the opening narration for "Monet's Palate" and we do so with the fond memory of her mother in mind.

Aileen Bordman
Aileen wrote and created “Monet’s Palate” out of her passion for all the worlds Monet inhabited…his art, his cuisine, and his gardens. She is the President of an independent film company dedicated to bringing projects about art and food to life. Aileen is also President and Founder of Monet's Palate,Inc.
Aileen is a member of the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals.
Helen Rappel Bordman
Helen helped with the restoration of Museum Claude Monet Giverny and founded the volunteer program some 31 years ago. Additionally, she has resided at the museum each spring sharing her passion for Monet. It was at Monet’s dining room table in Giverny where an inspired conversation about Monet's other passion “for food” gave birth to MONET’S PALATE.

Barry Wine
Barry Wine is the creator of the renowned Quilted Giraffe restaurant in New York City and headed Creative Ventures for the Sony Music Corporation. He is an international culinary consultant and his talents are sought throughout the world. Barry’s expert advice has masterfully guided Monet’s Palate since the beginning of the film project.

Steve Wynn
Mr. Wynn is a Wharton Business School graduate who applied his entrepreneurial skills into making Las Vegas, Nevada one of the largest entertainment capitals of the world. He built the Mirage and Bellagio WYNN Resort in Las Vegas, ENCORE and Macau are his current ventures and the multi million dollar resorts wowing all those who visit.
Mr. Wynn's expertise in Impressionist Art and his generosity in allowing his private art collection to be filmed was pivotal in the making of "Monet's Palate."

Joachim Pissarro PhD.
Joachim Pissarro is a noted Art Historian specializing in Impressionist Art; more specifically, the art of Claude Monet and his great-great grandfather Camille Pissarro. Formerly a professor at Yale University, Pissarro wrote "Monet and the Mediterranean" in 1997 garnering great acclaim. Joachim is now a curator at The Museum of Modern Art ( MOMA) in New York City and a Professor at Hunter College,N.Y.
His unique knowledge of the experience of art and food in the lives of Monet and Pissarro was a rare treat in the footage of "Monet's Palate."
